All emails are password protected. Data is restricted to a client's surname, address and telephone number for the purposes of invoicing and receiving payment. Bank details are not visible when a direct BACS payment is made to a First Direct account for payment of services. Invoices are stored electronically for a maximum of seven years, after which time the data will automatically be destroyed. Should you wish to have your data removed immediately, please contact us and we will do this for you.
